I’m back and at em!!

I haven’t written anything recently and I know that I said that I would. I have been going through personal issues (friends, life, no job, boyfriend, workmen’s comp case) and I am trying to deal with them. There have been multiple birthdays and parties so it definitely has been hard staying on track. I still was exercising but I was not eating as healthy as I wished I had.

This past 2 weeks or so I have lost 1.6 so I am back down to 238 pounds even. I am running/jogging on the treadmill! It hurts so I am not doing every time I work out and if I do I only run every couple of mins instead of straight through! I have some friends that are working out with me and my aunt will be going with me today through at least Friday to use my guest pass to walk on the treadmill since it is so very hot outside. Too uncomfortable to even walk outside. The only thing that would be comfortable is swimming in a pool ALL day!

I am back on track eating healthy (minus some taco chips I had yesterday for Mexican food night) with Lean Cuisines and new recipes! If anybody has some recipes they could share with me that would be awesome! I do not eat onions, peppers, and seafood! I do like my meat cooked in onions and peppers though like fajitas! Thanks!

Back on track!

Ok, so since last week I lost 2.2 pounds! I am back on track with my healthy lifestyle and I’m loving it. My birthday is coming up so I might be eating a little sassy that day but it will only be one day.

My current weight is 239.6 and I’m hoping to lose another pound or so by Monday. I’ve been working out with all different friends and we’re busting our butts! It feels great.
